The conditions and deadlines for certification depend on the context and situation of each company or organisation. There are several possible scenarios.
You may be seeking initial certification, renewal of certification, extension to new sites or extension of certification to new ISO standards as part of an integrated management system.
The deadlines depend on the size of the company or organisation, the number of employees, the number of sites, and the areas of activity.
The stages of your certification
Signing a contract
1st stage:
• Fill in the information form, which will enable our technical department to study your situation and propose a 3-year certification programme with the duration and terms of the audits for each year.
• Return the quotation signed, stamped and marked "approved".

2nd stage:
• Set the date(s) of the audit assignment
• Pay the 30% deposit on the next audit assignment
• Obtain certificates of commitment to ISO certification

3rd stage:
• Contacting the auditor to prepare the audit assignment
• Validation of the audit plan
• Opening meeting, audit progress and closing meeting
• Correction of any non-conformities
• Validation of the provisional report
• Obtaining certification.
