Intellectual property

The content (text, logo, illustrations, images, videos and sounds) of which the almacertif.fr site is composed is the exclusive property of ALMA CERTIF, the owner of almacertif.fr.

The software, architecture, technical structure and source codes (PHP, HTML, Javascript, CSS) used to create the almacertif.fr website are the exclusive property of L'Agence Digital Eureka (DI-EUREKA).

Any total or partial representation of the almacertif.fr website and its content, by any process whatsoever, without the prior express authorisation of L'Agence Digital Eureka (DI-EUREKA)  is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable by articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

However, as a matter of principle, the following are authorised without prior express agreement:

• The quotation must respect the author's moral rights by indicating his or her name and source. The quotation must be short, this notion being assessed both in relation to the publication from which it is taken and in relation to the publication into which it is introduced. The quotation must illustrate a point and must not compete with the publication from which it is taken. The multiplication of quotations, resulting in an anthology, is considered to be a derivative work, and is therefore subject to the prior agreement of the author or rightful owner.
• The creation of a link, on the imperative condition that this link opens a new browser window and that the page reached by the link is not nested within other pages, in particular by means of frames, belonging to the calling site that this or these page(s) appear(s) in a whole page under the URL https://almacertif.fr/.

In other cases :

• If you wish to display the almacertif.fr logo.
• If the content of the almacertif.fr site needs to be integrated into the navigation of your site, in particular by means of frames.
• If access to the pages containing the link to the almacertif.fr website is not free of charge.
